Paul Gehrig

Paul has over 30 years of experience in a diverse number of senior roles in banking and the investment and alternative asset management industry. Paul was most recently the Head of Portfolio Management for Private Equity at Barings and was a member of the Investment Committees for Funds, Co-Investments, and Valuations. In addition to his investment-related roles, Paul was responsible for leading teams that provided Data & Systems Development, Administrative and Investor Relations support for all the firm’s alternative investment activities. During his tenure at Barings, Paul was also a senior member of the leadership team responsible for building-out its Global Business Development Group which raised over $90BN and for rebranding all aspects of the platform. Starting his career in public accounting and banking provided Paul the foundation to the detail-oriented approach he brings to each investment and several long-standing relationships which helped create Odin Encore. Paul is a current Board member of Cornerstone Veterinary Group and transitioned to a board advisory role in October 2023 for National Amateur Sports.
