Anthony Sciacca

Anthony has over 30 years of experience building and leading alternative investment platforms. Prior to retiring in 2020 to focus on his private investments, Anthony was the Global Head of Barings Alternative Investments where he oversaw a team of 500 professionals who managed $60BN of Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Assets, and Real Estate investments. He drove growth organically and through acquisitions and successfully integrated multiple business units to produce $400M in recurring annual revenues. As part of his role, Anthony acquired extensive experience in board creation and governance and was a member of the Investment Committees overseeing investments in 25 companies with valuations ranging from $100M to $2BN. Early in his career, Anthony was a banker, and it was during this time that he formed the relationships and shared common approach to investing that helped to create Odin Encore. Anthony is a current Board member of Antares Capital, HC Government Realty Trust, National Consumer Title Insurance, Monarch National Insurance Company, and Cornerstone Veterinary Group.
